How do I know the weight and feel of a fabric before ordering?
We provide detailed descriptions for every fabric, including GSM (grams per square meter), drape, and opacity. If you are unsure, we recommend ordering a swatch set to feel the texture and see the color in person.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we move quickly to cut and process orders, we can only allow changes or cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number.
What is your return policy for cut fabric?
Due to the custom nature of cut-to-order textiles, we do not accept returns on fabric unless it is defective or damaged. For sewing patterns and notions, items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
How should I pre-wash my fabric?
We generally recommend pre-washing your fabric using the same cycle you plan to use for the finished garment. This ensures any shrinkage occurs before you cut your pattern pieces.
Are your fabrics sustainably sourced?
We prioritize eco-friendly textiles, including Tencel, organic cotton, and deadstock fabrics. Check the 'Sustainability' section on each product page for specific certifications and origins.
