We want you to love your fabric and sewing supplies, but if something isn't right, we offer returns on uncut fabrics and unopened notions within 30 days of purchase. Please note that cut fabric must be in its original, unwashed condition to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold your uncut fabric and place it back in the original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the Return Authorization is included inside.
Ship the Items
Mail your package to our Vancouver warehouse using a tracked shipping service; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods to ensure they meet our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
